Restaurant ramen from Ramen Ria, frozen and ready to finish at home. Every pack serves 2 and arrives as separate components — broth, house-made noodles and toppings — so you assemble the bowl fresh in about 10 minutes rather than reheating something pre-mixed.

The three flavours

Tonkotsu — serves 2, net 860g. Ramen Ria's signature bowl. Pork and chicken bone broth simmered down until it's rich and creamy, with pork chashu, corn, mushroom, bamboo shoots, edamame and spring onion.
Contains: wheat (gluten), soy, fish.

Chicken — serves 2. The lighter, cleaner bowl. Chicken bone broth with house-made skinny ramen noodles, chicken topping and vegetables. Made without egg.
Contains: wheat (gluten). Made in a kitchen handling all major allergens.

Vegan Dan Dan — serves 2. The plant-based one, and the spiciest of the three. Sesame-rich dan dan broth with seasoned soy mince and greens over house-made ramen noodles.

How to cook

1. Thaw the broth pouch overnight in the fridge, or sit it in warm water.
2. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, and heat the broth in a separate pot.
3. Cook the noodles for 1–2 minutes — they're fresh, so they move fast. Drain well.
4. Pour the hot broth into a warmed bowl, add the noodles, then arrange the toppings on top.
5. Eat straight away, while the noodles still have their bite.

Storage

Supplied frozen — keep at -18°C until the day you want it. Once thawed, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
