Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed with Double Dribble Catering (Double Dribble Group, Christchurch, New Zealand). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Ordering and lead times: catering orders require at least 24 hours' (1 day) notice. Delivery is available across Christchurch with a $200 minimum order; smaller orders are available for pickup. Delivery windows are confirmed with your order — please ensure someone is available to receive it. We are not responsible for food left unattended at your instruction after delivery.

Pricing and payment: all prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is due at checkout, or by invoice where agreed in advance. Menu items and packaging may vary slightly with seasonal availability; where needed we'll substitute like for like.

Allergens and dietary: allergen and dietary information is listed on each product page. Our food is prepared in kitchens that handle all major allergens (including gluten, dairy, egg, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, fish, crustacea and molluscs), so we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of any allergen. If anyone in your group has a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy — as fresh food and beverage, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. These terms are governed by New Zealand law and nothing in them limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
