Carnival Matcha — Premium Japanese Matcha

Carnival Matcha is premium matcha sourced directly from tea farmers in Uji, Kyoto, Japan — the same matcha used across Blue Moon Bakehouse's drinks, ice cream, cookies and pastries.

Three tins in this range:

• Iroiro 30g tin — the everyday blend and the most versatile of the range. What Blue Moon uses for lattes, whisked bowls and baking. Ceremonial grade.
• Kaze Hojicha Light 30g tin — light-roast hojicha with toasted caramel notes, gently nutty and naturally low in caffeine. Beautiful hot or iced.
• Komorebi 20g tin — the most premium blend. Naturally sweet and deeply umami with no bitterness at all, made for drinking straight as usucha.

Vegan and gluten-free. Store sealed, away from light and heat.
